I made some raisin bread tonight. A bit of a disaster, (the raisins didn't mix in, they were mostly stuck on the outside of the loaf with a couple of token ones that actually made it inside the loaf. LOL, but it did taste good.
I don't think I'll go back to buying ready made bread from the store either now. :))
