I’ve had a busy few days lately, I’ve joined a new Art group, also had another physio session, that was painful, dance class Monday evening, day out Tuesday, and the went to see Jane Eyre Tuesday evening, it was lovely, very atmospheric, and well cast.
Art class this morning, hoping to make some new friends and hopefully pick a few brains ssshhhhh., as there are some fine painters and artists in the group. I have a funeral to-morrow, one of our very old dance members died, he was 91, and leaves his wife Ivy.
I took my camera out on Monday and there was just nothing to capture, so I took some of the dogs, one I hope to perhaps paint, I didn’t take the camera next day, and guess what? a fantastic double full rainbow, all I head was the camera phone, so I unfortunately didn’t do wonder of nature full justice. , but I’ve put it on anyhow.
If you come on here looking for some mind-blowing conversation or profound words of wisdom, well you've come to the wrong place and will be disappointed. I'm just an ordinary bod who likes to share my day with anyone who cares to listen. Tales of my dogs, my garden, my family and happenings in my life that I feel might just be amusing....If you're happy with that, draw up a chair, light up a ciggie if you wish or have a cup of tea and make yourself at home.
I wish I had the talent to paint. Or the patience for that matter. The dogs are gorgeous and the rainbow looks pretty good too.

ReplyDeleteYou are a busy lady. I have with my camera with me almost always. I don't have a cell phone so would be lost. Great rainbows. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteWas going to say how nice it is to see rainbows but I keep going back to the pic of Ruby and Tango where they are both looking to the left. Pangs in my heart or what?!?!?! She has the look of my lovely long gone Rosie about her. One of those occasions when you realise you have not thought of a beloved pet for a while then suddenly it hits you again. Yet now the feeling is more of warmth and a smile than the wrenching sorrow of the early days of loss.
