I'm off out to a games evening this evening, Some of the committee of the Church in the village are organising it for a once a month bit of fun, you can take games along or there are games on hand, from table tennis, darts, to scrabble and bridge, all for £1 including tea and biscuits.
Tonight it;s our end of term, so we are pushing the boat out and having a bit of a party, I made some flapjacks, quick and easy and they usually go down well.
Catch you all later.
Thank you for visiting and please come back, Arlene, Tango and Ruby
If you come on here looking for some mind-blowing conversation or profound words of wisdom, well you've come to the wrong place and will be disappointed. I'm just an ordinary bod who likes to share my day with anyone who cares to listen. Tales of my dogs, my garden, my family and happenings in my life that I feel might just be amusing....If you're happy with that, draw up a chair, light up a ciggie if you wish or have a cup of tea and make yourself at home.
Sounds like a lot of fun! Have a great time!

It was a good evening, we had a beetle drive, I didn't win any, waited for one leg twice.
ReplyDeleteThe food was good with a nice variety and plenty of it, and we didn't have to pay! how's that then.
\i hope this posts, if not it will have to go as a new post. I'm going to change the background in case the tiling has something to do with it.
I bet you had fun. Hugs and nose kisses for you all from me and my furries!
ReplyDeleteYes Maggie I did enjoy it as it was something a little bit different, though I wouldn't want to do it everytime. Hugs and little gentle nose kisses back.
