If you come on here looking for some mind-blowing conversation or profound words of wisdom, well you've come to the wrong place and will be disappointed. I'm just an ordinary bod who likes to share my day with anyone who cares to listen. Tales of my dogs, my garden, my family and happenings in my life that I feel might just be amusing....If you're happy with that, draw up a chair, light up a ciggie if you wish or have a cup of tea and make yourself at home.

Darn forgetfullness
I'd thought of several things to blog about, but every time I open the page Phhhtttt they're gone, so I'll just entertain you with a little film to keep you amused.
Off means what it says. OFF !!!!!!!!!!!
When will people finally get the message – not only in church but other places as well. No matter where you go, someone has a cell phone glued to their ear!
This is from a fellow who visited this church in Burbank, CA , where they actually showed this video of how they handle cell phones in church.
It's only 1.5 minutes long and a hoot!!

I love that video!!! It really is a hoot! xx
ReplyDeleteLOVED it, Arlene! Wouldn't it be great if it really was fined....oooo, boy. Cell phones drive me crazy. I have one but only carry it with me in the car in case of an emergency, but never to just dial and chit chat. Guess I'm getting old and out of sorts with all the new stuff, but honestly, seems to me it would be much more fun to see people in person than just talking, and worse, texting, all day long. Thing sure do change, don't they?
ReplyDeleteHere's a hug for you (((Arlene))), and smooches for the pooches: *** sweet pooches*** (that's supposed to look like tiny little smooch kisses)
See you soon!
